The project consists of the technical renovation and fit-out of two hotels (a 4-star Novotel and a 3-star Ibis).
This is a complete project management assignment delegated since the definition of the a8> project until provisional acceptance provisory acceptance. In addition, we had an FF&E and OS&E assignment with our subsidiary specialising in this field (SKPAD). We are working on this project in separate trades, which adds to the complexity of the project.
