Junior Project Manager

Immo-Pro is looking for a Junior Project Manager across Belgium!

Fancy leading some property development projects as part of a team that’s dynamic and international?
Join Immo-Pro, a recognised leader in consultancy and project management within the property and construction sectors (AMO – Client Support).

We support our clients at every stage of their projects, from strategic analysis right through to final delivery. Today, we’re expanding our team across Belgium!

🎯 Your role

As a Junior Project Manager, supported by experienced colleagues, you will play an active role in project management:

  • Involvement in the coordination of property projects
  • Monitoring of costs, scheduling and quality
  • Contribution to stakeholder management
  • Preparation of project reports and analyses
  • Support for senior project managers

 

👤 Your profile

  • Degree in engineering (industrial/civil) or architecture
  • 0 to 5 years’ experience (Junior) in construction or property
  • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (English is an asset)
  • You are proactive, organised and solution-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • A strong desire to learn and to make progress quickly
  • Strong ability to lead and make decisions
  • A strategic vision combined with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

In your capacity as Senior Project Manager, you are at the heart of project management for projects:

  • Managing and coordinating property development projects from start to finish
  • Monitor costs, the schedule and quality
  • Motivating and uniting project teams as well as stakeholders
  • To be a key point of contact for clients and partners

 

👤 Your profile

  • Degree in engineering (industrial/civil) or architecture
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience (Senior) in construction or property
  • Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (English is an asset)
  • You are proactive, organised and solution-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • A strong desire to learn and to make progress quickly
  • Strong ability to lead and make decisions
  • A strategic vision combined with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
