Allianz (de Brouckère) in Brussels
The project consists of the in-depth renovation of the majority of the existing multipurpose buildings on this plot. This also includes building additional office space, adapting the retail space, making sure the cinema can continue to operate and the development of a hotel facing place de Brouckère.
The existing and shared underground space of the buildings must be maintained. The project also aims to develop several courtyard with vegetation.
The correspondence between the floor levels and the height between the larger platforms will only add to the high level of quality of the volumes built. The team has paid special attention to the energy performance of this new entity.
Since 2008, Immo-Pro has been in charge of the management of this construction project, starting with the feasibility study of the revaluation of the existing building, the definition of the basic building and the client’s specific needs. Planning permission was granted in October 2010. The client has not yet made a decision about the project’s fate.
