For more than 15 years, Immo-Pro has put all its skills and experience at the service of its clients in the management of real estate projects, in particular Alexandre Smeets, Olivier Fournier and Marianne Marcelis.
Since 2005, the three directors have developed Immo-Pro’s activities, ranging from delegated project management for large-scale real estate projects to due diligence monitoring procedures, as well as recurrent audits of buildings to keep them up to date.
The development of the activities has allowed to reinforce the team which currently counts 18 collaborators covering the various types of project:

Immo-Pro has four partners including Philippe Fisette who has extensive experience in real estate projects ranging from renovations to specific office, retail and residential projects.
