The Lexy Gardens project consists of the construction of housing in a rapidly expanding rural municipality, which aspires to become a sustainable community. a9> rural community that is rapidly expanding and which aspires to further development. The locality is enthusiastic about the idea of this project, which promises to revitalise a neighbourhood with as yet untapped potential.

The main challenge of this project is as follows:

• Integrate a project for development of profitable real estate in a a9> rural French community, while achieving the objectives of sustainability, at the heart of the concerns of the project’s promoters. Our role is to anticipate the needs of the client in order to meet them. a2> needs of the project owner in order to bring to fruition their vision.

Notre mission de maîtrise d’ouvrage déléguée englobe tous les aspects du projet, depuis la constitution de l’équipe idéale et l’optimisation du projet, jusqu’à la gestion de la procédure de permis d’urbanisme et la réception des travaux, en jouant un rôle de chef d’orchestre tout au long du processus.
