Hilton Grand-Place in Brussels
The former Le Méridien hotel, which is located in the centre of Brussels opposite Central station, recently became a Hilton hotel. This change in branding meant that a number of works had to be done, including the renovation of the rooms without interrupting the hotel’s operation.
Our mission consisted of optimising the works that had to be done within the available budget.
Based on the designer’s concept, we drew up a list of works to be done, organising a tender and requesting quotations from several specialised companies.
A large part of our mission for the owner and the hotel’s operator Hilton consisted of structuring and establishing budget management, while taking into account the operator’s strict rules.
