The project Quartier Numérique consists of the construction of an office building in the city centre of Louvain-la-Neuve a9> Louvain-la-Neuve, on behalf of the company Invest BW. Starting from scratch, the main objective is to create a centre dedicated to digital development in Walloon Brabant. With a team of experts, we are carrying out an exceptional project in the youngest city in Europe.

The two main challenges of this project are:

• Carry out a project that meets the expectations of the client and the needs of the community, while integrating into a town centre designed meticulously and endowed with a strong character, anchored in the spirit of its inhabitants.
• Align all the stakeholders, whether they are directly or indirectly affected by this project, in order to achieve a beneficial outcome for all. This challenge is particularly delicate.

Our project management mission consists of bringing together and guiding the team, as well as all stakeholders, through the various stages of the feasibility study until Invest BW’s vision becomes a reality.
