After the first works which consisted in the renovation of an interior part of the building, located between the rue Neuve and the boulevard Adolphe Max, on the place Rogier, of +/- 4. 800 sq. m. + the creation of an entrance hall and classrooms for the user, Bruxelles Formation, a second phase consisting of more important renovation works on behalf of the owner such as the renovation of the facades with the creation of a solar canopy, the floors (basement, first floor and 1st floor) as well as the roof by a photovoltaic structure is being finalized.
