What we do

Our general mission of Project Management Assistance is supported, as required, by the following activities: In practice, this includes defining programmes and requirements, coordinating all the parties involved (architects, design offices, then contractors), project planning, Quality & Quantity Surveyor assignments, managing calls for tender, coordinating the worksite, and providing assistance during the acceptance and warranty period.

In order to achieve this complex and ambitious objective, Immo-Pro has specialised experts who can contribute to the thought process, help push back the typical limits of the conceptual processes, the study and validation phases.

Currently Immo-Pro has a wide range of competences in various sectors : designers, architects, stability engineers or specialised technical engineers, project managers for the technical, administrative, financial or accounting aspect, and Building Energy Performance (BEP) consultants.

The fact that we work with specialists in such diverse disciplines including companies, engineering consultancies and developers means we work in an equal partnership with the other members of the project study teams, based on mutual respect.

Technical missions

Immo-Pro offers project management assistance covering all stages of a construction project.

In addition, Immo-Pro offers services such as :

  • Technical and financial feasibility study ;
  • Property audits (due diligence) ;
  • Optimising the energy efficiency of a building ;
  • Assistance with the programming of the spaces.

And more specifically all real estate services for which the company’s experience and methodical and structured approach can generate real added value for the client.

Financial Management

Relying on the strong expertise of all its team members, Immo-Pro assists investors, property developers and promoters at various project stages:

  • help in setting up the project and finding funding;
  • checking the project’s feasibility. After the decision to invest has been made, budgetary follow-up;
  • during the project, approval of invoices and monitoring of the overall budget and all its subsets (fees, construction, etc.);
  • determining cash requirements at every stage of the project.

Besides this, Immo-Pro can also serve as Quantity Surveyor at every stage of the process, when the applications for planning permission are submitted or during construction.

EPB & environmental certificates

BEP requirements such as thermal insulation, ventilation, lighting, heating and air conditioning installations are managed and optimised in order to meet the contracting owner’s needs.

Immo-Pro also masters the tasks involved in obtaining environmental certificates such as BREEAM, LEED, HQE, WELL, etc.

Immo-Pro assists the contracting owner at every stage of the process managing everything, from the agreements and contracts to town planning procedures and contacts with official bodies, on his behalf.

We can also manage all the documentation of the project, which is vital in the context of the sale of the project, or to ensure the consistency of the project’s documentation.
