Immo-Pro is supporting Walibi Belgium with the redevelopment of the Loup-Garou area.
Walibi Belgium is taking a major step in the development of its theme park: the iconic area of the Werewolf will make way for a new hybrid roller coaster designed by RMC (Rocky Mountain Construction), the centrepiece of the future Festival World area Festival World.
As part of its development and diversification strategy, Compagnie des Alpes is planning to build a new area called Festival World, which will involve major refurbishments to the park (rides, station, car parks, restaurants, relaxation area, bandstand and toilet blocks).
The project will take place in two separate phases.
Our mission: to support the client, acting as Project Manager and Construction Manager, to coordinate all stakeholders, to oversee the design and construction phases, and to anticipate technical and organisational challenges — within an environment that is as demanding as it is unique: a fully operational amusement park.
