🎯 Your role
In your capacity as Senior Project Manager, you are at the heart of project management for projects:
- Managing and coordinating property development projects from start to finish
- Monitor costs, the schedule and quality
- Motivating and uniting project teams as well as stakeholders
- To be a key point of contact for clients and partners
👤 Your profile
- Degree in engineering (industrial/civil) or architecture
- 0 to 5 years’ experience (Junior), 5 to 10 years (Senior) in construction or property
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (English is an asset)
- You are proactive, organised and solution-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- A strong desire to learn and to make progress quickly
- Strong ability to lead and make decisions
- A strategic vision combined with a strong focus on results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
