🎯 Your role
As a Junior Project Manager, supported by experienced colleagues, you will play an active role in project management:
- Involvement in the coordination of property projects
- Monitoring of costs, scheduling and quality
- Contribution to stakeholder management
- Preparation of project reports and analyses
- Support for senior project managers
👤 Your profile
- Degree in engineering (industrial/civil) or architecture
- 0 to 5 years’ experience (Junior)in construction or property
- Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (English is an asset)
- You are proactive, organised and solution-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- A strong desire to learn and to make progress quickly
- Strong ability to lead and make decisions
- A strategic vision combined with a strong focus on results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
