Three projects in one, covering a total area of 3,000m²:
- Elevation of the tower with the creation of office floors and a rooftop accessible to the public
- Creation of an additional office space at the rear of the tower (R+2)
- Refurbishment of part of the basements and the car park to create a retail space (1,200m²)
The main complexity of this project consists in carrying out the work on an occupied site. Technical solutions had to be found so as not to alter the structure of the a6> building despite its elevation.
Specific certifications are targeted for this project: BREEAM Excellent, Wiredscore Silver
