The project WBG Axa consists of the interior fit-out of 2,300 m² GLA spread over 2 floors of the Luxia building belonging to Axa, located at 76 Boulevard de Waterloo, 1000 Brussels. The management will be carried out by a Design & Build company.

The two main challenges of this project are:

• The very (too) tight timing of the project, both in the study and design phase and in the execution phase
• The monitoring of a D&B company which by definition has all the turnkey and little lack of transparency.

Our mission is to assist the master of the work who invests and carries out the works development works on behalf of or in accordance with the criteria of its tenant, from the definition of requirements, the signing of agreements and leases, the establishment of the D& B partnership until acceptance of the works by the tenant, ensuring the a34> role of conductor throughout the project.
