The Hôtel Métropole, originally designed by the famous architect Alban Chambon, was once a beacon in the hotel industry. Over the years, it has played host to a plethora of famous personalities, including royalty, politicians, artists and writers, attracted by its unique atmosphere and historic charm. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece, characterised by its majestic façade, lush interiors and striking details. From the impressive lobby with its imposing staircase to the elegant bedrooms, each space exudes an atmosphere of timeless grandeur.

However, despite its pride in its heritage and rich past, the Hôtel Métropole is in need of extensive renovation due to its ageing interior and several years of vacancy. Previous renovations have modernised the hotel while respecting its tradition, but the next phase will focus on creating a contemporary environment offering both comfort and historic charm. The interior will be completely renovated and the technical equipment replaced, while preserving and restoring the listed features. The result is a harmonious balance between history and modernity.

As delegated project managers, our mission covers all aspects of the project, from the design phase, with the definition of room standards, to the finalisation of the studies and tender documents, the monitoring of execution and the installation of fittings, to the handover of the hotel to the operator.
