With its 100,000 m² of buildings, the Cours Saint Michel was once ING’s real estate jewel. Located in the heart of Brussels, it is now the property of the American Embassy.

As part of its strategy to rationalise and modernise its building stock, particularly through the Marnix project, ING has expressed the need for support in managing the complete decommissioning of its facilities, with the emphasis on the recovery and re-use of both furniture and technical equipment.

In addition to defining the scope of the intervention, our mission encompasses the complete management of the decommissioning and relocation process. Our collaboration with ING on this project involves coordinating all the actions of the in-house teams and designated service providers, in compliance with a rigorous process focused on user comfort and service continuity.
