The project involves demolishing existing dilapidated buildings to create a complex of 3 buildings to provide 15 homes divided into 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats. The buildings will have a basement car park, as well as retail space on the ground floor and office units. The project will keep pace with developments in neighbouring districts, while focusing on energy optimisation, a greener environment and accessibility.
The complex is located in the commune of Uccle, close to the Forêt de Soignes. The project involves the redevelopment of a site located between two very different roads, namely the Chaussée de Waterloo, a regional road, and the Avenue des Eglantiers, a municipal road.
The mission assigned is a standard delegated project management mission. An initial permit was submitted in 2018 and refused. At the end of 2019, a new licence application will be submitted. Work will start at the end of 2021.
