This project consists of the reconversion of an office building into a 4-star hotel.

It is situated in France, near Versailles, with an atypical architectural design by an architect named Dubuisson.

Our involvement takes place at several levels: we assist the customer in setting the initial financial target, optimising plans to increase the profitability of the operation. We also managed the preparation of the contractual file, which led to the signing of an agreement with a hotel partner. We are also preparing the consultation file based on the French performance model, which can be likened to a bouwteam.
