The project involves the complete renovation of the former Sheraton Hotel on Place Rogier. It is the largest hotel in Brussels, with 522 rooms. The renovation is being carried out in 2 phases: the first phase will involve the renovation of the rooms and corridors, while the second will involve the creation of the hotel’s communal areas. We mustn’t forget the whole initial phase, which involved removing asbestos from the building.

Our mission is a mission of project management covering all aspects from the optimization of the project, the processing of the planning permission procedure, the coordination of the design offices, the coordination of the works until their reception by ensuring the role of conductor throughout the project.
