Bovendien beschikt Immo-Pro over eigen middelen om alle vaardigheden te bieden die nodig zijn om een vastgoedproject op te volgen en te controleren. De profielen zijn dan ook voornamelijk burgerlijk ingenieurs bouwkunde of elektromechanica, industrieel ingenieurs en architecten, om projectontwikkelaars en bedrijven te kunnen uitdagen door hun ontwerp of technisch dossier te analyseren en te bekritiseren om het beter en\/of geschikter te maken.<\/p>\n

Immo-Pro heeft drie algemeen directeuren<\/strong> (Marianne Marcelis, Olivier Fournier en Alexandre Smeets), een nieuwe directeur<\/strong> (Florent Marchand) en vier ervaren projectmanagers<\/strong> (Jo\u00eblle Stevens, Geoffroy Bekkers, Jean-Marc Brichard en Rodolphe Carvalho Custodio).<\/p>\n

Deze partners maken ook gebruik van de ervaring van Philippe Fisette (Senior Manager met meer dan 40 jaar ervaring op dit gebied). Samen hebben ze een aanzienlijke expertise ontwikkeld in vastgoedprojecten, vari\u00ebrend van renovaties tot specifieke projecten met betrekking tot kantoren, winkels, woningen en ziekenhuizen.<\/p>\n
