The Immo-Pro team is organised in horizontal layers, starting with the management team (the partners) and working down to the senior project managers, who in turn are assisted by managers specialising in all areas of a property project.
In addition, Immo-Pro’s own resources are set up to offer all the skills needed to monitor and control a property project. As a result, the profiles are mainly civil engineers in construction or electromechanical engineering, industrial engineers and architects, to be able to challenge project developers and companies by analysing their design or technical file and criticising it to make it better and/or more appropriate.
Immo-Pro has three managing directors (Marianne Marcelis, Olivier Fournier and Alexandre Smeets), one new director (Florent Marchand) and four experienced project managers (Joëlle Stevens, Geoffroy Bekkers, Jean-Marc Brichard and Rodolphe Carvalho Custodio).
These partners also draw on the experience of Philippe Fisette (Senior Manager with over 40 years’ expertise in the field). Together, they have developed considerable expertise in property projects ranging from renovations to specific projects involving offices, retail, housing and hospitals.
The development of our activities has enabled us to strengthen our team, which now numbers 22 employees covering all types of project.
