The project consists of the complete renovation of one building and the construction of five others to offer new housing on the site of the former atheneum of Wavre to create a total of +/- 160 apartments 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
After an accompanying phase for the studies, the mission is limited to a quantity surveyor mission for the execution phase.
