Sfar-Midi A2 in Saint-Gilles
(52 new housing units)
We act as technical advisor for Sfar in the construction of new social and medium-sized housing in the Brussels Capital Region.
We accompany the Adjudicating Authority in the whole of the mission which consists in designating and coordinating the intervening parties as well as engineering offices as companies until the complete follow-up of the works, their acceptance and transmission to the operators.
After the removal of asbestos from the existing buildings and their demolition, the construction of the project could take shape and was completed at the end of 2015. The provisional acceptance and signing of the deeds of transfer of the buildings took place in early July 2016.
The project involves the construction of 52 social housing units and 60 underground parking spaces.
