We act as technical advisor for Sfar in the construction of new social and medium-sized housing in the Brussels Capital Region.
We accompany the Adjudicating Authority in the whole mission which consists in appointing and coordinating the participants as well as engineering offices as companies until the complete follow-up of the works, their reception and transmission to the operators.
After removing asbestos from the existing buildings and demolishing them, construction of the project was able to take shape and was completed at the end of 2015. The provisional acceptance and signing of the deeds of sale for the buildings took place at the beginning of July 2016.
The project involves the construction of 52 social housing units and 60 underground parking spaces.
