We act as technical advisor for Sfar in the construction of new social and medium-sized housing in the Brussels Capital Region.

We accompany the Adjudicating Authority in the whole mission which consists in appointing and coordinating the participants as well as engineering offices as companies until the complete follow-up of the works, their reception and transmission to the operators.

The project consists of the realization of 30 social housing units and 16 underground parking spaces. The project involves the construction of a passive building.

The project is complete and the file is finished.
