Rocquencourt in Paris
This project consists of the reconversion of an office building into a 4-star hotel.
It is situated in France, near Versailles, with an atypical architectural design by an architect named Dubuisson.
We are intervening on various levels: we are helping the client establish the final financial target and optimising the plans to increase the operation’s profitability. We have overseen the drafting of the contract which led to the signing of an agreement with a hotel partner. We are also preparing the tender file based on the French equivalent of a “bouwteam” model.
