The project involves the construction of 4 flat blocks (a total of 115 flats and studios), as well as a crèche, retail and HORECA premises and landscaping around the site.
Planning permission has been granted and construction started at the end of 2021. The provisional handover of the last building to be delivered (L5) should take place at the end of 2023, followed by the handover of the surrounding area. The project will be completed on schedule, in a difficult economic climate on an emblematic site. Deadlines met for a project that will beautify and revitalise the Guillemins station area.
Our mission is a classic Project Management mission covering all aspects of monitoring execution through to acceptance of the work, acting as conductor of the orchestra throughout the project and providing any ad hoc services relating to the work to be carried out.
