The project consists of the demolition and reconstruction of a building from the 60’s located on the boulevard du Souverain in 1160 Brussels, to create new quality housing (89) where the emphasis was put on a sustainable architectural design and efficient technologies.

The mission awarded is a Project Management and Quantity Surveyor mission, the project has been delivered during 2020.
