The project comprises the transformation and renovation of a former cinema at 147, Adolphe Max in 1000 Brussels, in order to build new qualitative commercial real estate on behalf of SA Stephano Immo, a real estate company that was founded in 1986.

Immo-Pro was tasked with all the construction project management, starting with the feasibility study, the application for planning permission, the various studies, the coordination and follow-up of the various contractors on the site and the delivery of the project, working as a project manager from start to end.
