The project consists of the renovation of buildings located in rue des Bouchers and Marché aux Herbes in order to create 12 housing units.

In this district, many buildings are classified. After a renovation of the facades, it is the rest of the buildings of this project which was revised under the supervision of the Commission Monuments et Sites.
