Louise 30 in Brussels
The project consists of the transformation and renovation of a building (with the aim of increasing the commercial surface) located at Avenue Louise 30 in 1000 Brussels, with a view to the establishment of a new quality business on behalf of SA Stephano Immo which is a heritage company created in 1986.
Immo-Pro’s mission covers all aspects of the project management, starting with the feasibility study, the submission of the application for planning permission, the studies, the organization and monitoring of the construction site in separate trades until the acceptance of the work by ensuring the role of conductor throughout the project.
The project is completed and is occupied by the brand Monki.
