Les Jardins du Vert Chasseur in Uccle

The client took over the project which had already been developed by then and granted planning permission. After the demolition of the old buildings, 6 shops, 14 dwellings and an underground parking were built. The dwellings all have a high quality finish, like all the projects for this client.

At the request of the tenants of the retail spaces, these were completed earlier so they could open as soon as possible. This required us to carefully manage the construction site to assure guaranteed access to the shops. We also took care of part of the coordination of user-specific adjustments.

Because we came on board of the project at the tender stage, we were able to optimise the initial budget and project planning schedule so that it corresponded with the client’s specific objectives. Our careful monitoring of the project’s execution allows us to proactively manage the planning schedule and budget, without exceeding it, with the assistance of all the parties involved.
