The project consists of the transformation and renovation of a building (first floor) located at boulevard de Waterloo 30 in 1000 Brussels, with a view to the establishment of a new quality business on behalf of SA Stephano Immo which is a heritage company created in 1986.
Immo-Pro’s mission covers all aspects of the delegated project management, starting with the feasibility study, the submission of the application for planning permission, the studies, the organization and monitoring of the construction site in separate trades until the acceptance of the work, ensuring the role of conductor throughout the project.
