La Chemiserie Coster & Clément in Brussels
The project consists of a complete renovation in order to have new housings.
67 new housings will be created, which will represent 6,000 sq.m. The other important modifications are : low annexes next to the existing building will be demolished, split of the existing plateaux, creation of new entries/lift, creation of surroundings : garden, parking places, bicycle places, transformation of some picture windows on the groundfloor and creation of others skylights and facades & roof restoration.
The project is at the preparation of tendering process.
