The insurance company Ethias asked to study different scenarios for the reconversion of this building (sale, rental, rental to multiple parties, change of the building’s use, etc.) in terms of the investment to be made and the associated procedures while taking into account the legal and town planning impact.

The project was handed over in 2016 and is now occupied by Ethias’ internal departments.
