These are two separate projects to be carried out on different plots of land totalling +/- 2ha67a located in Braine-Le-Comte on rue des Frères Dulait and rue du Pont, one plot of which was sold to Colruyt in October 2019 for the construction of a retail outlet. Planning permission was granted in July 2023 and work began in October 2023.

The remaining plots are at the project feasibility stage.
