The project involves the redevelopment of a former industrial wasteland on the ABT site (a former workshop specialising in the welding of metal components) with a view to developing a housing project comprising 8 plots totalling 445 homes over an area of 4ha 12a, as well as the construction of roads and a berm bordering the railway tracks to create a noise barrier.

Before proceeding with the development of the allotment project, it was cleaned up, starting in September 2012 with the demolition of the old “ABT” buildings and then proceeding with the sewerage work with a view to creating the roads as well as the impoundments, work which was completed in October 2014.

Construction work on the 445 homes began after planning permission was obtained in November 2015.

Our mission as delegated project manager consisted of carrying out the project studies (demolition – renovation – construction) as well as processing the administrative procedures concerning the permits for the various phases of the work, and managing the work in separate trades until the construction phase, which was awarded to the Delzelle company.
