The project involves the construction of a building complex comprising housing, student accommodation, a nursing home, a crèche and a sports hall on the emblematic Bavière site in Liège. Construction will be spread over an estimated period of 10 years.

The construction project has been divided into various phases with various scopes. The current planning schedule is based on a ten-year period of construction. Our mission as QQS is to verify, check and ensure that the client’s objectives in terms of budget, techniques, deadlines and quality are respected.

The project has already received the necessary planning permissions.
