The project consists of the development of a real estate project to build the new headquarters of Allianz boulevard du Roi Albert II in Brussels.

The building has an area of around 26,600 m² above ground and 2 basement levels for the car park. This project meets the latest criteria for passive standards, Breeam ‘Excellent’ and optimum comfort.

Our mission is a mission of Quantity & Quality Surveyor on behalf of Allianz and we also assisted the Client in the drafting of the purchase and sale contracts without forgetting our assistance in the reconfiguration of the Brouckère site developed by a third party.
