ABT2 in Braine-Le-Comte
At this stage of the study, the development of the property project is subdivided into two parts. One will be built on the largest part of the site along rue du Pont, to be used as a retail park for several neighbourhood stores. The site is U-shaped and will be known as building ” A “.
The other entity consists of the construction of a building « B » on the corner of rue du Pont and rue des Frères Dulait, of which the ground floor will also be used for neighbourhood stores and which also has two floors with apartments.
This will be an open retail park.
Immo-Pro has been tasked with conducting a feasibility study for the creation of units, to examine the potential for local clients, and to contact financial institutions.
