The project consists of renovating the offices of MasterCard’s European headquarters, with separate trades.

On this project, we supported Admos (now Cushman & Wakefield) in monitoring the execution of the project. This was a complex project, not least because a data centre had to be kept running in the basement while major renovation work was being carried out on the upper floors. This complexity has been compounded by the Covid period from 2020-2022, which has obliged us to put in place very specific procedures to enable the project to run its course as smoothly as possible. Thanks to our adaptability, we were able to meet the best possible deadlines for this project.

Our assignment is a Project Management mission on behalf of Cushman Wakefield (Admos), which has been appointed as Design & Build office. We help them to monitor the project on a day-to-day basis, from defining requirements to drawing up special specifications, invitations to tender and monitoring the work, not forgetting rigorous management of the schedule and budget.
