The Bonne Fortune project involves the construction of a new eco-neighbourhood on a 15.5 hectare site straddling the municipalities of Saint-Nicolas and Ans (near Liège). The aim is to create a group of residential buildings with around 650 units and a number of small commercial and professional premises.
The two main challenges of this project are :
- To begin with :
- Convince all stakeholders of the feasibility and usefulness of the project.
- Submit a planning application that takes account of all the project’s constraints.
- Secondly :
- Build the project in phases, and sell the first phases as you go along.
