Since 2005, Immo-Pro has put all its skills and experience at the service of clients in the management of real estate projects, and in particular in project management assistance, whether in the development/design phase of the project or in the execution phase.
In addition to this general project management role (sometimes referred to as delegated project management), a number of other activities have been developed.

In September 2023, Immo-Pro joined Theop, a French group that has become the majority shareholder. Joining a multidisciplinary, international group like Theop considerably broadens Immo-Pro’s scope of expertise, enabling us to offer you an even wider range of skills.
Building on its experience, Immo-Pro celebrated the completion of its 100th project in June 2017. This is a symbolic but important step: Immo-Pro is now a recognised player in the property sector. Thanks to our many contacts with partners who place their trust in us, we are developing more and more projects and the team is growing.
Immo-Pro’s three managing directors take over the management of the company. Marianne Marcelis, Olivier Fournier and Alexandre Smeets had already known each other for several years, and they decided to set up an efficient structure bringing together their complementary skills.
After a number of initial projects, Immo-Pro is setting up in Wavre, in order to cover a range of projects that are starting up all over Belgium. Thanks to this central location, Immo-Pro is able to monitor a wide range of projects in both Wallonia and Flanders.
Immo-Pro’s first emblematic and technically complex project (the offices in the Dexia Tower on Place Rogier in Brussels) saw the light of day, positioning itself on the property market as a project management assistant. Our core business is to support project owners in monitoring and organising their projects.
