A superb townhouse in the luxury retail district in the upper city of Brussels. It consists of the renovation of two high-end shops and the construction of a third in the courtyard on the one hand and the renovation of four luxury apartments on the upper floors.

Immo-Pro was tasked with assisting the client on the planning level, helping with the definition of the programme, overseeing the architects’ and the engineers’ work and monitoring the complex renovation of this building in an extremely short time frame.
